- You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time for boarding. Any no shows or late arrivals will forfeit all monies. Our boat leaves on time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are trying to book for a certain time and date and the booking agent says we are full, please call. Sometimes we can make special arrangements or we may have a certain number of seats blocked off and may still be able to get you on. This is new and we are trying to fit everyone into the slot they prefer. Larger groups please call if not enough seats are available online
