You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. To change your reservation, call at least 48 hours in advance at 772-766-2629.
Absolutely — you will want photos and videos to share with friends and family. Phones and cameras are welcome on the boat.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to facilitate an on-time departure. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated, and no-shows forfeit their payment.
Yes, credit cards are accepted. You can book and pay online through our booking system.
Our airboat seats 12–15 guests comfortably. For private tours, we can accommodate up to 15 people.
Yes. Use the Book Now button on our website to reserve your tour. We highly recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.
Everyday casual wear is fine. Shorts are good on warm days; sunglasses and flip-flops are fine. Bring a jacket on colder days and use sunscreen.
Children must be ages 2 and over. No children under 2 years are permitted on the airboat for safety reasons.
Food, children under 2 years, pets, and firearms or weapons of any kind are not allowed on the airboat.
Each tour is 50 minutes long, narrated by a USCG-certified captain with aircraft-grade headsets so you can clearly hear every word.
